From a single sample to a complete space

HUAGE Flooring focuses on bespoke wood flooring and project supply for design practices, architects, refurbishment companies and residential owners. We consider flooring within the space itself, discussing materials, colours, formats and patterns against room proportions, furniture tones and daily use.

✦About

01Material selection approach

Place materials in a specific spatial context.

  • 01

    Start with physical samples

Customisation begins with specific references. Drawings, renderings, colour samples or furniture finishes can guide material selection and sampling.

  • 02

    Observe grain and tone

Large straight boards keep more continuous grain in view, for spaces seeking simple floor compositions and clear wood texture.

  • 03

    Understand construction and appearance separately

Multi-ply engineered wood flooring combines a solid wood top layer with a multi-ply core. 'All-birch plywood core' describes the birch plywood construction underneath; the surface wood can vary.

  • 04

Extend the floor into the wider space

Across five application areas—floors, walls, ceilings, stairs and associated edge details—we discuss customised wall panels, ceiling finishes, stair treads and trims. Board formats, patterns, constructions and species can be combined across these choices.

  • 05

    Connect design with site execution

During implementation, HUAGE coordinates site preparation, delivery and installation with the project team and supports subsequent maintenance.

02Project collaboration

Confirm drawings, samples and site conditions item by item.

Collaboration can start with a rendering, colour sample or plan. During design, we help compare materials, colours and laying patterns, using sampling to confirm physical appearance. Once the scheme is settled, translate dimensions, locations, quantities and edge requirements into the specific supply scope.

Advance the project through material advice, order matching, delivery, installation and after-sales maintenance. Discuss materials, finishes, dimensions, colours and designs using physical samples. Company materials list installation visits throughout mainland China and an installation team in Hong Kong; confirm the specific region, programme, costs and arrangements when agreeing the service. Check top-layer thickness, wood appearance groups, surface treatment and environmental labels for each design individually, and retain delivery, warranty scope and care requirements in the confirmation documents.
