HUAGE project services: connecting measurement, supply and installation

HUAGE organises project discussions around selection, order matching, delivery, installation and after-sales maintenance. Measurement, sample approval, site preparation and staged inspections connect, with timing and responsibilities agreed per project.

China projects usually require owners, designers and contractors to agree information from measurement and samples through site installation. HUAGE uses selection advice, order matching, delivery, installation and after-sales maintenance as service stages, linking material decisions to site arrangements individually.

Define requirements before arranging measurements and samples

At the outset, plans, room uses, intended wood colours and move-in or opening dates help focus selection. HUAGE's materials support customisation discussions about materials, finishes, dimensions and styles. Rather than asking only whether a colour is possible, explain applications, underfloor heating and adjoining materials so samples and site measurements relate to the actual proposal.

Measurement checks quantities and site relationships. The original installation guide bases flooring quantities on the installer's actual site measurement plus wastage; it provides no universal wastage percentage. Mark room boundaries, patterns, edges and special cuts on the drawings and confirm them with the measured quantities. Update quantities when the layout changes.

Make ordering and matching requirements verifiable

After choosing a direction, order matching must connect names with physical materials. Record approved samples, colours, formats, construction, specifications, finishes and quantities, distinguishing standard displays from project customisation. Original catalogue names help locate materials; final orders must still define the actual supply configuration rather than say 'same as image' or 'as originally shown'.

Sample approval and production or delivery timing are conditional on each other. Colour approval, final custom patterns and frozen quantities all affect programme discussions. Record confirmation milestones and expected dates separately, explaining affected scope after changes. 'Fast delivery' is a service description, not a universal arrival time for every product.

Coordinate material entry with subfloor preparation

Delivery discussions cover receiving locations and site readiness for receipt and works. Check contacts, routes, storage and other trades early. Arrival and installation readiness are different milestones; arranging vehicles without reviewing site conditions can disrupt material, personnel and later-work coordination.

HUAGE guidance includes subfloor soundness, flatness, dryness and moisture control, plus identification of water and electrical services. Define test methods, acceptance conditions and treatment responsibilities in the installation proposal. Check wall edges, doorways, wet-area adjacency and level differences before entry so the method relates clearly to finished levels.

Connect process approvals with handover records

The catalogue explicitly requires opening, trial-laying, adjusting colours/transitions and user approval before installation. Stage checks address bonding, looseness, misalignment or noise relevant to the proposal. Checks at the appropriate stage are more focused than judging only an overall completion image. Agree methods and participants beforehand.

Keep supply schedules, sample approvals, site checks and care guidance together at handover. Store surplus and offcuts according to site responsibilities. HUAGE lists maintenance support; later discussions must trace products and environments, while response arrangements, costs and warranty boundaries follow written project terms.

Confirm installation areas, personnel, charges and programmes within China for each project. Keeping milestone approvals clarifies measurement, supply and construction changes and supports maintenance discussions after handover.
